I love when I find a new author that I enjoy reading her books. Patrice Wilton has written a wonderful Christmas story about a widow, Cindy and her son, Tyler. All Tyler wants for Christmas is his daddy back but if he can't have his daddy he wants a new daddy, so he asks Santa. Brad is filling in for his brother as Santa at the mall where he meets Tyler and his pretty mom. Tyler outs him as a fake Santa when he's upset because he tells him can't give him a daddy. Brad does not react well when when Tyler throws his little fit and Cindy thinks he's a big jerk. Can these two make one little boys wish come true?

When widowed schoolteacher Cindy Harris takes her son to meet Santa at the mall and her son starts asking for either a pony or a new dad to Santa thinks get out of hand. She finds herself arguing with Santa and later on apologizing to him while catching dinner at the food court with her son.

Santa aka Brad Williams was just helping out his back from war brother by covering for him on the job. He really was not in a mood to be Santa as he was doing this for his brother. Their relationship is a bit tangled as his brother is staying with him and they ultimate ended up in a blow out when the brother leaves for awhile.

Cindy cannot seem to get rid of him as she sons finds out that he is the sexy realtor who is selling her house. They try to fight the attraction as they spend more together. Neither was looking for anything more but will he son get his ultimate Christmas wish?

Christmas is the season for miracles and children. We watch as they become family.
Awesome book especially at the holidays. I purchased this book as part of the set Ten Christmas Brides. I've read 1-2 other books by Ms Wilton and enjoyed those as well. This is a contemporary romance done over the Christmas holidays. Cindy is a widow of a little over a year with an adorable 5 year old son. Brad is a single real estate agent who is going to sell the house Cindy owned with her husband David. It reminds us of why we should always look out for and love one another. Cindy really likes and is attracted to Brad but he thinks he's more career driven than looking for a wife or family. The story reminds us of some of the issues a young widowed mother with a young child might have to go through. She's not sure that she's ready for love again. I won't ruin the story but if you want to find out more you'll have to read the book. I really enjoyed the real life issues that added to the realism of the story. I look forward to reading more books by Ms Wilton in the future.
With the Holidays right around the corner this is one perfect little Christmas romance that has to be in your grasp. The characters in this novel have been through pain and your able to relate to. Tyler immediately stole my heart, he has lost his father to soon in his short time. What does a young little boy want in life, a daddy. He is so innocent and young you just want to cuddle him right into your arms and tell him everything will be okay. Cindy, his mother was given a hard road to follow now she is in between a rock and a hard place when she hears her sons wish to Santa at the Mall. Brad, is a workaholic who has had a one track mind but the Holidays may throw him a curve ball when he goes and covers for his brother as Santa! I will admit at first I didn’t like Brad because I thought he was selfish but he definitely grew on me especially when he let himself start to feel. The author immediately captivated my heart with this Christmas novel and I didn’t want to put it down until the end. The author even gave you a glimpse of what happened to cause the painful situations which made you understand and connect more with the characters. The plot was one that made you want to sit under a warm blanket and drink something hot while your enjoying the magical embrace in my opinion (yes I did). While love may be in the air, work may be in the way of a new Christmas family. Read this novel and see if Tyler will get his one wish
What a great book! This book had me laughing, crying, and swooning. Patrice Wilton did such an amazing job with this Christmas story! Yes, this is a Christmas story, but it is so much more. It is about finding love after a travesty. You can feel the emotions with Cindy Harris as she works through what are right for her and her son. I cannot wait to read more of Patrice’s books in the near future.

Cindy Harris is one of the most relatable characters I have ever read. After the loss of her husband she went into protection mode. She placed her life on hold to raise her son. Cindy does not see herself as sexy or desirable. She doesn’t let herself feel that way any longer. So, when a handsome Santa gets under her skin I was all smiles.

Brad Williams had me laughing. He was probably one of the worst Santa’s I have ever read. He was doing something noble despite not being kid person. But the minute he bonds with Tyler, I was in complete swoon mode. Brad is a sexy suave real-estate agent I could not get enough of.

Brad and Cindy both grow so much over the course of this book. Brad realizing that he does like one little boy in particular and Cindy realizing she can love again. Watching them realize that they had feeling for the other was sweet. It was the perfect book to kick off my holiday reading.

If you want a realistic book that will have you swooning this holiday season this book is for you.

Loved Kiss Me Santa. Patrice has a way of pulling the reader into the story - your'e feeling Cindy's emotions, her little boy's, and Brad's too. Love the second chance at romance angle, and the sparks between Cindy and Brad. Makes me wish for a Holiday romance! Thanks Patrice!
